It’s 2024. Eye removal was quoted at 10k each eye for cateracts removal. 1399 for injection removal of fluid. Its almost impossible to afford anything now. My Sammy is 12, gets seizures sometimes when he feels stressed and has a heart mur mur and very low white blood cell count. No vet has been able to give me any answers for why he has seizures or low white blood cell count. As much as I want to remove his left eye bc he is blind and lens luxarion and glaucoma I’m afraid he may not bounce back full recovery. He still plays every day and acts normal every day. His left eye pressure is 60. Right now we are doing 2 different drops so we will check his eye pressure again in a few months. They want me to give him gabapentin which is so expensive but I’ve been giving him cbd oil here and there. I’m just torn..
